29th ETRA Tire Recycling Conference
The title of the 29th annual ETRA (European Tyre Recycling Association) conference on tire recycling is “Circular Transition in Tire Recycling” and took place from 17 to 19 April 2024 at the Le Louise Hotel in Brussels.
The ETRA conference is a must-attend event for anyone looking for the latest information on the global tire recycling business. For this reason, RETIRE SA attended to learn about the latest developments in the field of used tire management, while also presenting the company to the attendees.
The Conference had 136 registered participants from 38 countries in various sessions and activities, including a meeting and a workshop on European Union projects. During the two days, participants held interesting discussions, while the event provided a platform to explore transition options and solutions in the field of rubber asphalt, buildings and construction.
ETRA's next event will be held together with AIMPLAS, to implement a Workshop in Valencia, on 1-2 October 2024. ETRA and AIMPLAS are joining forces to organize a live workshop to explore opportunities for creating new European Union-funded projects for the recycling of tires, rubber and plastics with a high level of recovery.
